If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may request a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase. Refunds must be requested by contacting us with the following information:

  1. Order #
  2. Reason for refund

We like to do our best to help out even if it means you are no longer using the cellular service, so don't be surprised if our team asks you questions and tries to help you get things going further!  Your co-operation is required in order to process the refund and assess your elligability for the refund.  The Lynx Mobility team reserve all rights to deny any refund requests.

How long before I get my refund?

It generally takes 14-28 days to process the refund completely.  

What about the prepaid cards?

If the prepaid card was at all, at any time, and under any circumstances used or activated on any of the cellular phones or internet devices, then absolutely no refunds will be issued for those prepaid cards.

Return online purchases by mail.

If you would like to return a cellular phone or internet device purchased on online by mail, please call Customer Service at 1-888-757-5969. Please pack your item carefully, along with all original packing materials, accessories, and the original receipt.  Usually, you can drop the item in the mail at any Canada Post mailbox. And one more thing — if you choose to return your purchase by mail, we’ll cover the shipping cost.

Will I get cash back or store credit?

When you return an item you bought online, you will be refunded on the credit card that you used to make the purchase.
